![]() ![]() The results have been incredible! My anxiety that used to be a 10/10 is now most days a 1/10 or zero. ![]() I decided to try the Wim Hof Method myself. I was blown away by a woman that beat her panic attacks and decreased her medication for anxiety. It saw Wim again, on the Goop Lab on Netflix. I came across the Wim Hof Method years ago on a podcast but I wasn’t ready to commit back then. It’s felt off and it was becoming exhausting (it was supposed to relax me). I haven’t been able to stick with it consistently lately.
